My First Attempt at Humour

Someone once told me that I should write something with a happy ending.   I hope you enjoy this little tale as much as I did coming up with it!  This is actually what my Dad's humor is like, for real.  Especially when he's tired. So it's directly hereditary.  And though I'm giving him absolutely no credit in the authorship of this story, he did *ahem* help me figure out at least one part of the plot.

And it's only about 2000 words long, so fairly short. (Just click on the picture.)

The wordage treatment might be a bit odd in some places, but most of it is on purpose!

  1. So - was writing humour more enjoyable than your usual genre then?

I could definitely sense your family's humour coming through it all :) It was fun to read.

  2. Oh, definitely not.

It's hard to explain. It was a lot of fun, for sure. But at the same time, it was easy, really.
But was it as worthwhile as the others? For me, Julius Conrad is so much more important than Franklin L. Marshampton.

If each story contains part of my personality, this displays something shallow, but the others display something far deeper. And in the end, which is the more desirable?
